Granita Grapefruit Grapefruit
750 gr 250 gr sugar 125 ml water
Blend the pulp. Dissolve the sugar with the water when it boils, remove from heat, adding the pulp pompemo Malgamare well. Pour into a metal container for at least 2 hours, stirring occasionally with a wooden spatula.
